In April, when I dropped my beloved Nikon D70 and all my exposures turned pink, I upgraded to the D90. Combined with my 35mm 1.8G, it is the perfect setup.
I also have the following lenses, 70-300, 55-200, and 18-105, but I would trade them all for the 105mm macro. I definitely have macro envy.
My newest obsession is my iphone4 with Hipstamatic. It has inspired my i365, a light-hearted 365 focusing on the little things in life that make me smile.
With that said, the cameras themselves may not be as nice as the bag itself... a fabulous Epiphanie LOLA camera bag in black that was a gift, for absolutely no reason, from my dear friend Farah. Yes, I cried.

We have come to the end of our "what's in your bag" series. As you have read over the past nine weeks, the Canon vs. Nikon rivalry continues. Michel and I, with our Nikons, are definitely outnumbered.
Please take a moment to share with us what you shoot with and visit us tomorrow on the new MORE MUSING page. We will be announcing the next series, which starts on Monday, involving...YOU!

Two words, Tammy: "Olympus, baby." ;)
Count me on the Nikon side! I have a Nikon D3000, my first DSLR. I have found over the years though that I just adapt to the camera and try to get to know it's strengths and weaknesses and go from there. Does that make me neutral? :o)
Nikon all the way!!
It's canon for me, I have the canon 7D and the 50mm f1.8, the macro 60mm f2.8 and the 100m f2.8 and the 24-70mm but I love my macros the best.
I have a Pentax K20D, a Pentax PZ-1 (for color film) and a Pentax MX (for b/w film). I also have the Pentax K100DS (first DSLR), and I keep a long lens on it for when deer and other wildlife wander through my backyard. And I have a waterproof Pentax Optio 90 in my purse because my phone doesn't have a camera. I can't wait to get the K5 for my next birthday. :D
I have the FA 80-320 (on the K100DS), the FA 28-105 f/3.2-4.5 (I keep that on the PZ-1), the DA 40 Ltd, the FA 50 f/1.4 and the Sigma 17-70. On my camera right now is the Sigma 24-60 f/2.8. The MX has the M50 f/2. I ended up with a manual Sigma 28-80, but I've never used it, it just came with a film body I bought.
Wow, I haven't written all this down before. :-O
Canon here! I have a Rebel XS (1000D) with the 18-55mm IS kit lens, as well as the 50mm f/1.8II. That's it as far as lenses for now. I also have a Proline tripod that doesn't get used nearly often enough. :-P
Nikon D90 and D5000 for me too =) And I also want a macro lens sometime in the future. For now I just have my 18-105mm, 35mm, 18-55mm, 10-20mm wide-angle one.
Here's what’s in my Epiphanie Belle camera bag.....
Cameras: Nikon D70 & iPhone 3Gs
Flash: Nikon SB600
Nikon Lenses: 50mm, 55-200mm, 300mm, 18-70mm
Accessories: Kenko Extension Tubes, Gary Fong’s Lightsphere
Tripod: Manfrotto
Monopod: Manfrotto
Computer: MacBook Pro
Software: Aperture, Nik Software Complete Collection, Adobe Photoshop Elements
Apps for iPhone: ShakeIt Photo, Pic Grunger, Hipstamatic, Color Splash, Pro Camera, CameraBag, Camera Plus, PhotoStudio, TypeDrawing
You look gorgeous! And I'm very jealous of your bag, I'm still dreaming.
Let me beef up the Nikon side, with a D-90 and an 18-105 lens. I have a neat Booq backpack designed to carry camera stuff and laptop, which go together for me!
Canon here! Five year old Rebel is hanging by a thread and I'm hoping it lasts until the end of the year. Lens? I bought 28-135mm when I bought my camera (used), since then I've added 85mm f1.8, 50mm Compact Macro and 10-22mm Wide Angle. And of course there's so much more I'd love to own. :)
Nikon D70 and Nikon D300s. do I dare add the 3 Nikon film cameras I have collecting dust since I went digital? I have a Nikon 18-135mm, Nikon80-200mm, Sigma 100-300mm and Sigma 24-70mm.
Sherralee that backpack sounds very cool, I'll have to check it out. I need a new one.
Count me among the Nikon fans! I have a D90 and shoot primarily with a Nikon 18-135mm, which fits nicely in my black Kelly Moore classic bag. I have, however, just discovered a very cool new bag, and have one on order from Porteen Gear in green teal tapestry and brown leather! Yum!
Another Canon fan: Rebel Xsi; Canon 50mm 1.4; Tamron 28-300mm VC; and Tamron 17-50mm. Also always in my purse the Canon SD 3500 IS Digital Elph. Coveting a macro lens, but need a good tripod more. Would love a new bag as well. :-)
I am a Nikon fan all the way! I have the workhouse Nikon D80. Had it for four years and looking to upgrade soon. I have the Ginger bag and love, love, love...did I say LOVE it!
