many muses musing - JOY

10 more days till Christmas!! Yippeee

10 more days till Christmas!! Yippeee by ~mimo~

I love when JOY is expressed in unabashed glory. Children have the advantage over us without hang ups and total lack of self-awareness at times. I wish I had the ability to express that kind of pure JOY so openly and freely. Capturing that brings JOY to me.

Wanting to keep that JOYful feeling all year long? Today's giveaway is for a FREE 30 page Keepsy Photo Album or Calendar. Keepsy allows you to import your photos from your Flickr, Instagram, Picasa or Facebook account. In a few simple steps you'll create your own hardbound book or calendar to keep forever.

Please link your blog or flickr url in the linky tool provided below and/or leave a comment on this post for a chance to win the giveaway. You can share what brings you JOY, or just leave any old comment to enter. (max 2 entries per person)

Your creative holiday prompt for tomorrow is: SHARING

Happy! Happy! Joy! Joy!

Love those colours in the first shot. Not only the expression and the way she stands expresses joy, but the whole colour experience :)

Great prompt!

Kids express joy all the time but at Christmas we seem to be hyper-aware of it. I'm with you - where do we lose the ability to show joy with no embarrassment? The world would surely be a better place if we lost that particular shyness!

Thanks for sharing that wonderful photo (love those colors!)
Happy Holidays.

Since becoming a stay at home mom, I've learned to find joy in tiny, fleeting moments. Of course milestones and beautiful things that my baby does give me joy, but also little things that are just for me- like a ladybug in the house or that first sip of coffee. Being able to find daily joy has made life GOOD!

As a child I always dreamed about making my own food as I watched my mother cook. Now that I have my own place, I feel so happy when I'm able to bake some muffins or cake and share it with my neighbors and family members. The act of giving and seeing them enjoy my creation gives me great joy. Would love to have this album to capture all my baked goods.
