it's what's for dinner

Ice Cream in a Bag RS

If there's one thing I love about summer, it's the food. In fact, the other week, I saw a neat tutorial for making ice cream in a bag. I could hardly wait to get home from work and give it a try. We actually have an ice cream maker...but this seemed like way more fun. The verdict...absolutely delicious. It was all I could do to take this photo before I ate every last bite as quickly as possible.

I also love to grill out. Steaks, hot dogs, hamburgers, whatever...grilling out and summer go hand in hand. Of course, if you're going to grill out, you got to have corn on the cob. In fact, as soon as I saw commplace.life's shot, I got hungry. Yes, I do love summer eating!

By the way, in case you're wondering...I totally ate ice cream for dinner. Don't judge.

Until next time,
Ashley of Ramblings and Photos

a very dear friend of mine once told me that you should always eat dessert first, just in case you run out of room at the end of dinner! ice cream in a bag sounds intriguing. i might have to try that.
