I love getting an idea in my head, and actually making that image happen. The inspiration may come from another image I've seen, or from a word or a theme or challenge to shoot for. Sometimes I will carry an image in my head for months, waiting for the right time to present itself. Other times, I'll grab my camera, gather up necessary props and get started immediately with a challenge. The photo above is from a shoot I did for a one-word prompt. This isn't the photo I submitted for the prompt, but is one of my favorites that came out of that shoot.
http://www.flickr.com/photos/kissmequikly/ image is an amazing example of being inspired by one word and putting together an image to reflect that. She comments that "Words inspire me the most" and that the shot was inspired by another one word photo challenge: inspire. "That’s where my mind went. That’s what I saw." You can read more about her inspiration for this photo here.
Thank you to all of our Muse followers for continuing to inspire me week after week.

I love the photos, too. I'm just beginning to start setting images up, just beginning. I'm a little daunted by it, but one step at time.

Love the photos! :)
Beautiful photos. I've always loved that top shot of yours. The relaxed feel of it is just up my alley. Not to mention I want that quilt. The dreaminess of the second shot is so very inspiring. Makes one wonder what the young girl sees as she looks through the frame and into the distance.
